1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how An Intellectual Company ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Android game Escape the Walls (the "Game"). By using the Game, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.
2. Information processed
Information we directly collect
The current version of Escape the Walls does not require account registration and does not ask you to provide your name, postal address, phone number, or payment-card information. If you contact us by email, we receive the email address and information you choose to include so we can respond to your request.
Information stored locally
Game progress, unlocked levels, scores, preferences, and settings may be stored locally on your device. This local information may be removed if you clear the Game's app data or uninstall the Game. Depending on your Android or Google backup settings, the operating system may back up some app data on your behalf.
Advertising information
Escape the Walls uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect or receive information such as:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
- device and advertising identifiers;
- app launches, ad views, taps, and other app or ad interactions;
- device, operating-system, and app information; and
- diagnostic and performance information.
Advertising may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, device settings, consent choices, age treatment, and applicable law. Google's handling of information is governed by its own policies.

3. How information is used
Information may be processed to:
- operate and maintain the Game;
- save progress and preferences on your device;
- display, measure, and improve advertisements;
- understand app performance and diagnose crashes or technical problems;

5. Your choices
- You can reset or delete your Android advertising ID through your device's privacy settings.
- You can manage Google advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center.
- You can limit certain data processing through consent or privacy controls shown where required.
- You can remove locally stored Game data by clearing app data or uninstalling the Game.

Some information is processed by Google rather than directly controlled by us. Requests concerning Google's data should be made using Google's privacy controls and request mechanisms.
6. Children's privacy
Escape the Walls is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to provide personal information directly to us. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address the request. Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of apps and device privacy settings.
7. Retention and security
Locally stored Game data remains on your device until it is cleared or the Game is uninstalled, subject to any device backup settings. Support emails are retained only as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, protect our rights, and comply with legal obligations. Third-party providers determine their own retention periods under their policies.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the Game and rely on service providers' security controls. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8. Future in-app purchases
The current version of Escape the Walls may not offer in-app purchases. If optional digital items such as skins or an ad-removal upgrade are added later, purchases will be processed through Google Play Billing. Google, not An Intellectual Company, will process the payment transaction, and we will not receive your full payment-card details. We may receive purchase status, product identifier, transaction token, country, and related information needed to deliver, restore, support, or prevent fraud involving the purchased item.
We will update this policy and the relevant Google Play disclosures before or when purchase functionality is released.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, service providers, legal requirements, or data practices change. The updated policy will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated within the Game or through the Google Play listing where appropriate.
